What should I bear in mind when returning an item?
Please send your return insured (e.g. with DHL as a parcel, not a small package or consignment, as these unfortunately sometimes get lost) so that you can send a track & trace code.
Please note that if your return is without proof of shipment with a track & trace code, we will not refund lost returns.
Please send all items back to us in their original condition and packaging , as this is the only way to ensure that the goods arrive back to us intact.

How long can I return my order?
You have the legal right to return your order within fourteen days without giving any reason.
The cancellation period shall be fourteen days from the day on which you or a third party other than the carrier designated by you takes possession of the last good.
Can I get a return label?
Please note that we do not provide a return label .
Since we are still a very small company and are just starting out, we unfortunately cannot take care of return shipping for our customers.
What do I do if the goods arrive damaged?
Please notify us within 3 days that your product is damaged so that we can process all claims for compensation in a timely manner. Please send us pictures of the affected products and the packaging. DHL will need both. Please do not dispose of them, otherwise the claims for compensation will expire. We ship all products insured so that we can then send you a replacement. Unfortunately, we cannot replace reports that have not been reported within 7 days of receipt.
When will I get my money back?
Once we have received the item unused and in its original packaging , we will immediately refund the cost (within 14 days at the latest) to the payment method you used.
Can I track the delivery status of my order?
Yes, as soon as we have packed the order and handed it over to our shipping partner ready for dispatch, you will receive a shipping confirmation by email with a link that you can use to track your delivery.
